Schoology is an integrated learning management solution that provides course management, mobile learning, and support for system-wide communication. Schoology enables our students, parents and teachers to engage with learning materials and their school community from the classroom and beyond.

With Schoology, students can digitally submit homework assignments, review grades, participate in interactive discussions, view announcements and receive feedback from teachers on their work, complete assessments, write academic blogs and more.

As a parent, you will be able to view your child’s activity within the platform. Students and parents will each be given login credentials to access the A.D. Oliver Middle School Schoology system. The Parent Access Code enables the parent to see their child's Schoology account. Parents, once you have created your account, to access Schoology, click on the following link: Schoology

If you are a parent/guardian of a student at A.D. Oliver Middle School and you need support with your Schoology account, please click on the following link (Request for Support) to submit a request for support. You will receive an email response back.

Frequently Asked Questions:
1. Do I have to create an account again if I did last year with my child's teacher?
Yes for sixth grade - All parent access codes for sixth grade and new students have been reset for the 2019-20 school-year. No for seventh/eighth grade - Seventh and eighth grade parents will continue to use their account as set up last year.

2. Do we use the same access code to create an account for me and for my spouse?
Yes. Multiple parents and/or guardians can use the same access code to set up individual parent accounts.

3. How do I create my parent Schoology account?
a. In your browser, navigate to
b. In the top right corner of the screen, click on the Sign Up button.
c. Select Parent from the options
d. Enter the Parent Access Code that you were given
e. Enter your name, email address and password. Once you log in, you'll be able to browse your child's activities by selecting your child's name from the top right drop down.

4. What if I have more than one child at Oliver Middle School?
You will receive a parent access code for each of your children at OMS. You should create your account using one of the access codes. There is an option to associate additional children using Schoology with this account. Click on the downfacing arrow on the top right of your Schoology account, select Add Child, and enter the parent access code for your other child/children.

5. What do I do if I lose my access code?
Complete the Request for Support using the link in the fifth paragraph above.

6. What do I do if I forget my password?
Use the Schoology Forgot Your Password link.

7. What if I need to see it in Spanish?
Schoology can be changed to Spanish and other languages.  Click on the language link in the bottom left corner of the screen.  The Parent Guide is available in Spanish by clicking on the language link in the upper right corner or by using the link shown below.
