Shawn Williams

Shawn Williams is a retired educator with over 40 years of experience, primarily in middle-level education. He began his career as a special education teacher in the Batavia Central School District, where he also taught art and 6th grade science for 15 years. He later held administrative roles at Attica Junior High and served 16 years as principal of Honeoye Falls-Lima Middle School, a nationally recognized School to Watch.

An advocate for middle-level education, Shawn has served as Region 1 Director of the New York State Middle School Association and presented at regional and national conferences. He is also an adjunct professor at St. John Fisher University.

In retirement, he has worked in administrative roles at Brockport High School and is currently the Interim Principal at A.D. Oliver Middle School. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Special Education and Elementary Education from SUNY Geneseo, a master’s degree in Art Education from Florida State University, and a Certificate of Advanced Study in Educational Administration from SUNY Brockport.

 

 

 

Michelle Guerrieri

Michelle Guerrieri joined Brockport CSD as a special education teacher at Brockport High School. Through the years, she was a classroom teacher, transition specialist, soccer coach, K-12 Instructional Specialist in the Inclusive Education Office, an Assistant Principal at the high school for five years and is now in her third year as an Assistant Principal at OMS. On a personal level, Michelle has raised three Brockport graduates, owned and operated a restaurant in the village and can be seen throughout the community volunteering or participating in a variety of athletic activities.
